The Incredibles 2 Movie Earn a Large Amount

It's funny and bleak and surreal too. Slightly challenging as it has a provincial Swedish setting quite distinct from the day to day life I know in the U.K. And this was made more challenging by the atrocious English subtitles I managed to find the movie online. I especially liked the humorous references to Saab versus Volvo and the inclusion of characters like the Iranian neighbor and gay pizza dude. The story moves a little slower than we Americans may be accustomed to but gives it time to play out. It's worth the wait.

Typical northern European offering centered on a redemption story. A crusty old man finds some personality towards the end of his life. This one won't raise one's blood pressure and at the end, one feels like the protagonist. Over is some tough nut with a tragic yet beautiful back story that leaks out over the course of the narrative. A Man Called Over' is an early candidate for best Foreign Language Film at the 2017 Academy Awards. It's a comedy-drama in which you will laugh cry and sometimes do both at the same time. Rolf Lascar’s performance is contagious. He's a curmudgeon on the surface but who we are is based on a series of events. The life changing and life-forming events of Over are chronicled so seamlessly that you understand the character. Other characters are fleshed out just enough. The focus is Over young and old and in this character driven movie Over is well deserving of our time. It's one of the best movies of the year in any language.
